Simply apply this blend over your temples, pulse points, and or behind the neck.
This blend contains citrus oils which are photosensitive so be sure to apply when you will not be in the sun or in places that do not get sun exposure.
According to Tisserand & Young - I included the safety of the oils during pregnancy and nursing for you below V but please do your own research so you are double covered. <3
* Sweet Orange - Safe while pregnant and nursing. Do not use topically before going out in the sun.
* Lemon - Safe while pregnant and nursing. Do not use topically before going out in the sun.
* Grapefruit - Safe while pregnant and nursing. Do not use topically before going out in the sun.
* Bergamot - Safe while pregnant and nursing. Do not use topically before going out in the sun.
* Patchouli - Safe while pregnant and nursing.
* Ylang Ylang - Safe while pregnant and nursing.
* Frankincense - Safe while pregnant and nursing.
Each oil has unique properties and uses but Etsy would not like for me to put that information here. So be sure to do a little research of your own <3
Essential oils should NOT be used on children 2 and under.
Choose Kids or Adult Options and the dilution with be fitting for each.
